The Blame Game Men Play

You were made in God’s image so it’s time you wake up and act like you know Yes guys, you can now put my name  to your  list of women who keep their promises. Sorry to disappoint, but the conclusion did not let you off the hook, but instead warrants a good hard and entirely different approach. Guys …

A HINDRANCE TO COLLECTIVE ECONOMIC PROSPERITY

THE BLACK PSYCHE:   by Rasta Keith Let’s face it, the economic condition of Black People in the world today, comparatively speaking, is just as bleak as it has ever been since the abolition of slavery almost two centuries ago. Such was the essence of a presentation made by Mr. Raymond Dugue, the High Chancellor and Treasurer of Division #432 of the Universal Negro Improvement Association based in Queens and Harlem in the United States. With the aid of state of the art video equipment, and ably assisted by the Assistant Secretary General of the division, Ms. Roschell Wright, Mr. …

A New Educational Paradigm Part I

He argued philosophically against the existence of a Deity and, thus, furthered the cause of atheism already in progress in the Western world. In claiming that the “God-hypothesis” had been overcome by the science and reason of modern man, which really …

EMBRACING THE INEVITABLE

My recurring thought? I can’t believe my mother is dead [I remember] many years ago the daughter of a longtime family friend died. And, as is normally the case, myself and other members of our family, were present at the church for the funeral service. Some years later, the matriarch (she was preceded by her husband a few years earlier) of the family succumbed to an undisclosed illness. Shocking news to all who knew her. She and my mother worked together for many years at a now defunct downtown healthcare institution and enjoyed a decades-old friendship. She was a woman …
