Leading From Above the Line Retreat

On April 27, Montrealers will have an opportunity to hear from Dr. Theodore Ferguson, an iconic educator and global thinker in the area of holistic development. His program Leading from Above The Line  is described as a principle-grounded approach to personal development.

As a leadership development educator, Dr. Theodore Ferguson – a Grenadian by birth, resident of Trinidad & Tobago, and former lecturer at the University of West Indies, developed this program to address the leadership challenges in rapidly transforming societies.  It targets the holistic development of individuals in their various roles and capacities in families, organizations or societies.
The program, anchored in the philosophy that all human beings have the potential to be creative and to achieve way beyond their day-to-day performance levels and aims to transform the lives of participants.
