Successful Women

Monnaie Money on Feb. 27
The young talents of Montreal will be on display at the Oscar Peterson Concert Hall (Loyola Campus) 7141 Rue Sherbrooke W. for February’s signature event, Monnaie Money, on Saturday February 27.
As usual, there will be a full line-up of performers thrilling what is expected to a sold-out audience with unique styles in dance and song. There will be rap, hip hop, soca, reggae and other world beat music in abundance, and as it has been every year, the talent will be spectacular.

Barbados House AGM now on Jan. 31
Officers of Barbados House Montreal inform members that the Annual General Meeting has been rescheduled to Sunday, January 31, 4pm at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, 3970 Cote-St. Catherine St. instead of January 10. They’re hoping that all who are eligible to participate will make an effort to be there.

International superstar crooner Glen Washington will be in Montreal to help lovers in the city celebrate Valentine’s Day on Saturday, February 13, at Evergreen Reception Hall, 5011 Rue Buchan, Montreal.
