As it is every year, the vibes at the Jamaica Association was bubbling all night. The crowd was hip and came out to celebrate the New Year in style to the music of DJ Thomas and DJ Akin.
And organizers Lady Reeta and Friends made sure everyone had all the finger food, champagne and other favors needed for a ball.

Island Hopping on the Love Boat

At the Hampton Inn on the West Island, the ship, where party-goers were island hopping, the Love Boat was rammed to the rafters as Montrealers rocked the Old Years away. MC Dyke Mills kept the evening on course as guests partied with non-stop entertainment and music.
Montreal calypso icon the Loveman Kent, looking hot-to-trot and keeping with the theme of the evening in all white, delivered a well-received session.
As did the West Can Folk Performing troupe delivered a timeless fancy sailor dance.
Coming from the kitchen of Bestbite Catering, the wide array of food on the menu was mouthwatering.
Montreal’s top deejays: Tony, 2020, Nicholas and Dru kept the dance floor full all night.

Lodge Brothers

The Lodge Brothers’ New Year’s Eve Affair at St. John Brebeuf Hall in LaSalle enjoyed a bumper year. The food was scrumptious while DJ Cupid Love with his special guest deejays had the crowd on the floor all night… not unexpected because Lodge Brothers love a party.
