This man wanted a fight, I did not want one… DR. ALWIN SPENCE. A few weeks ago I was driving on St. Charles Rd. in Vaudreuil. I was in the middle lane, and there was a line of cars in the middle and right lanes going south. The driver immediately in front of me, suddenly moved into the left lane preparing to turn at the next stoplight. A TRIBUTE TO HORACE ISHMAEL (MUKWANO) GODDARD -1947-2020

By H. Nigel Thomas Horace Ishmael Goddard and I met for the first time in a literature class at Sir George Williams University in 1973. It hadn’t yet become Concordia University. We met again at Université de Montréal, from which he received an MA and a PHD, and I a PHD. We’d both studied for McGill’s IG teaching diploma but in different years.
