ulations and best wishes are extended to Keisha Ann Gafoor, who on Monday, June 8, 2015, at Concordia University 2015 Convocation, proudly walked across the stage at Place des-Arts, Salle Wilfrid Pelletier, to receive her Master of Arts Degree in Child Studies.
This was the culmination of a journey filled with hard work
, dedication
and sacrifice. Keisha graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology/Sociology, and continued on to Concordia University where she was a Member of the Golden Key International Honor Society as well as a Dean’s List Honoree.
Her Master’s Thesis entitled, “Siblings of Children with Autism: Sibling Support Intervention
Program,” underscores the love, patience and passion she has for children with autism with whom she has worked for several years as an Applied
Behavior Analysis Therapist.
Keisha credits
her success to the love and support of her parents and siblings who instilled in her the need to persevere, despite the obstacles.
