Audley Coley’s  Book Launch

Audley Coley has established himself as force for good in the community through his activism on behalf of those afflicted by mental health issues and through his work as a person fitness guru.
His book “How To Win Over Mental Illness” has made a stir among groups and individuals across Montreal. Coley will be re-launching the English edition together with the recently released French edition Comment Vaincre La Maladie Mentale.

Jamaica Association Food Bank

BIM House Dance

St. Kitts and Nevis Anniversary

St. Kitts and Nevis Cultural Association of Montreal would appreciate your kind support as we celebrate the 32nd anniversary of the independence of the Federation St. Kitts and Nevis.  The occasion will be commemorated with an intimate breakfast on Saturday, September 19 at 7421 Harley, from 10am until 2pm and admission is only $15.

Dance and Drum Lessons

Pioneer Women goes to Mt Tremblant

The Caribbean Pioneer Women of Canada are having a fall trip to enjoy the beauty of the leaves on Saturday October 17 2015. The trip will be going to Mont Tremblant leaving 5257 Queen Mary Road (corner Trans Island) at 8:30 am and returning at 7pm. The price is $65 and includes lunch at the Restaurant ‘ Le Shack’; time to tour the Village and an optional visit to the Casino.

The Graduating Class 5 w/Pryde
