What you tell yourself everyday will either lift you up or tear you down. What you’re thinking about today will create the life you experience tomorrow. Take some time to think about what you say to yourself and about yourself.
You might be surprised about what you discover, and remember
just because you think something doesn’t mean it’s true. You CAN change the way you think. But…
“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” [A. Einstein]
If you’ve noticed that what you normally do when responding to situations or circumstances still isn’t working for you, then decide to think, do, speak or act differently. It could turn everything around.
When we change the way we think… we change.
•    You can’t change anyone but yourself.
•    Change is not always easy, but it is possible.
•    Don’t be afraid of change.
•    Change is inevitable
•    Embrace change, don’t run from it
•    Change things up and things could actually CHANGE.
