A new ministry under a dynamic couple of faith

Pastor Darryl Dougan and his wife, Minister Valyne Edwards Dougan, have assumed the task of spiritual leaders at the Shiloh Restoration Ministries, a newly organized Church of God Mission located in Cote Des Neiges.
The couple who both hail from St. Vincent and the Grenadines, were born into church grounded families. Both their fathers are Pastors and both had their spiritual grounding at the Georgetown Evangelical Church and the Overland Baptist Church
Pastor Darryl accepted the call to Ministry in 2007 after it was prophesied to him that God has a great calling on his life while he was in the UK where he lived for a short period.
He taught for four years at Georgetown Secondary School then entered the Urban Divinity Theological Unit and graduated with a Diploma in Ministry and Theolo
gy.
Just as committed to the ministry of God, Sister Valyne is blessed with the Minister of Praise and Worship team at Shiloh Restoration Ministries. She also uses her many gifts to counsel children and teenagers in and out the church.
Shiloh Restoration Ministries started in the Home of Pastor Darryl and Minister Val where seven persons will regularly come on a Wednesday night and pray and study the word.
After much prayer and fasting and meetings and guidance from our Administrative Bishop Jacques Houle and District Bishop Paul Leslie it was decided to start the Shiloh Restoration Ministries.
The vision and mission “Adhering to the mandate that compels us to “Go make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”
Their hearts’ desire is that the people of Montreal will know that God loves them and has great plans for their lives.
Pastor Darryl and Minister Val are parents to 11-month-old Jonathan. They are very humble servants of the Lord who have helped a lot of individuals, marriages, relationships and families to stay on the right path with the Lord.”
