As usual, MGC will be under the direction of Carol Bernard, who brings more than three decades of her musical prowess to the stage, and the choir will be serving up a repertoire of authentic gospel music that’s rooted in the Black experience as well as one or two originals written by some of the singers.
The Montreal Gospel Choir founded in 2011 by Bernard, comprising of singers of different ages and a melange of cultures, is described as “a beautiful representation of the city of Montreal.”
