To mark the fifth anniversary of the Spice Island Cultural Festival that will be celebrated on July 8-10, The Spice Island Cultural Day Association of Quebec (SICDAQ) is producing a Grenadian cookbook, in partnership with the Grenada Culinary Network (GCN.) This compilation entitled “Grenada-Licious! Celebrating a Culinary Capital” will feature page after page of delectable recipes from our favorite chefs who have supported the organization over the years and many of our supporters and home cooks.
