Gearing up for the Blues Fest

This summer, the Dollard des Ormeaux Park will overflow with music-lovers from all across the city when the West Island Blues Festival brings three top performers to the stage on Saturday, June 18.
This year, the headline acts are The Freddie James Project, Michelle Sweeney and Dawn Tyler-Watson, anDawn Td it promises to be a day of nonstop music, feasting and oFreddy James utdoors fun.
Last year, James had tens of thousands of festival goers dancing for close to two hours to his infectiously funky sounds. This year, he will be doing a tribute to Prince. Also on the bill for the 13th annual West Island Blues Fest are Pat Loiselle, Jr., and TC Blues Band
