Gemma Raeburn-Baynes received the Medal of the National Assembly of Quebec from Brigitte B. Garceau, MNA for Robert-Baldwin, during Playmas Montreal Cultural Association’s 25th-anniversary celebration on Friday, Oct. 3, 2025.
