Jamaica Day 2016 July 9
Jamaica Association of Montreal Inc. invites all Montrealers to a celebration of J’can music food and cultural explorations at  the 35th annual Jamaica Day on Saturday, July 9, at Parc Jean Drapeau starting at 2pm. Non stop music with performances by Chelsea Stewart, Roen “Blu R’va Higgins, Robin & Uprising Ras Out, Jason Brown, Face-T & Solid Ground Band, King Shadrock & The Untouchables Band, Westcan Folk Performers, DJ TLC, James Bond. SVG Picnic at  Browns Bay on JULY 16
On Saturday July 16, tens of thousands of Vincies, their friends and supporters will gather at Brown’s Bay in Thousand Islands for the annual St. Vincent and The Grenadines Family Picnic.

Trini Day on Sunday,  July 17, at Parc Jean Drapeau
Trini Day is accepted by all to be one of the biggest outdoor parties in Montreal. So on Sunday July 17 the gathering will be at Parc Jean Drapeau for another pot-pourie of calypso, soca and chutney music together with sweet sound of steelpan music.
Special guests this year will be Destiny Band from Toronto, Mr. Vic and The Scene, Leisa, Soca Kid and a strong line up of other local performers. Trini food and folklore in ample supply.

Cornucopia BBQ
Cornucopia Association of Canada Inc. invites you all to their BBQ Party on Saturday June 18, 2pm-2am. Rain or shine it’s an indoor and outdoor event at U.N.I.A Hall, 2741, Notre Dame West. Come and enjoy music by DJ Lenky and special guest artist King Shadrock. A meal and one beverage of your choice are included (food will only be served 4-8pm). Oldies Dance
The Club Social Antillais Inc. invites all you party people to an Oldies Dance, June 11. Happening at Le Manoir Ballroom, 5319 Ave. Notre Dame de Grace, from 9pm to 3am. Caribbean Voices Breakfast

Cornucopia Gala
Cornucopia Association of Canada will be hosting its 36th Annual Benefit Gala Dinner and Scholarship Presentations on August 20, 6pm. Happening at the Bocci’s Banquet Hall, 1756 Av. Dollard. Caribbean Pioneer Women of Canada invites you to enjoy some tea and sweets at their 27th annual tea party Sunday, July 10, 4pm. At Centre Loisirs, 1375 Grenet Street (corner Grenet and Thimens).

Trip to Ottawa/Casino
Caribbean Pioneer Women of Canada invites you all on a trip to Ottawa/Casino on Saturday, August 13. Lunch is included and supper starts at 5pm at the Richelieu Carlton. The Bus departs from Queen Mary road and Decarie Boulevard at 8:30am. Tickets are $65.

Day Trip day To Mont Tremblant
Caribbean Pioneer Women of Canada invites all Montrealers to spend the day at Mont Tremblant to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the colorful fall foliage on Saturday, October 15. Tickets cost__ and lunch is included. Two pick-up locations: Bus departs from Queen Mary road and Decarie Boulevard at 8:30am. The second bus departs from Chateauguay in front of Archambault music store at 9:30am.

Montréal Community CONTACT will pay tribute to some of those who help built our community  at our Anniversary Gala on Sunday, September 11 from 5:30 PM-11 PM.
