On Friday, July 20, Hainsely Cambridge is inviting Montrealers to celebrate his 10-year anniversary as host of the Caribbean Spotlite the airwaves at CKVL 100.FM Radio LaSalle.
Hainsely holds a long-standing affection for the radio, which he says dates back to his “growing-up” days in Guyana, where the medium was one of their main sources of entertainment and information.
It was through the radio that he enjoyed sporting events from overseas or danced to his favorite songs.
Over the years he remained a fan of the airwaves.
So when the opportunity came 10 years ago for him to bring his voice and opinion to radio he jumped on it.
Since then, every Friday evening 6-8 PM, listeners are treated to the best in information and music on the Spotlite Show on CKVL 100.FM Radio LaSalle.
